Job summary

Elevations Credit Union in Colorado is seeking a Financial Solutions Guide to join our branch team, delivering exceptional member experiences and tailored financial solutions.

As an FSG, you will originate consumer loan applications, analyze credit reports, maintain accounts and provide guidance while upselling ECU products. The role requires 2+ years in financial services, lending experience, and strong Word/Excel skills. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of financial institution experience.
• 1+ years of lending experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Current notary or receives certification within 90 days of employment.
• Bilingual English/Spanish speaking preferred – includes $150/month bilingual bonus after passing aptitude assessment!
• Certified Credit Union Financial Counselor (CUFCC)

Responsibilities

• Exhibits passion for Elevations Credit Union (ECU) and demonstrates ECU’s core values.
• Engages members using the PEAK’t Service model with care, professionalism, and high service standards.
• Originates all consumer loan applications and analyzes credit reports and cross-sells relevant ECU products and services.
• Handles account maintenance: opening/closing accounts, online banking support, fee refunds, deposits, withdrawals, and payments.
• Develops and fosters professional relationships to increase member acquisition and revenue.
• Adheres to policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
