Job summary

Columbia Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker to build long-term client relationships, provide customized financial solutions, and educate customers on digital and traditional banking options. You will open new accounts, originate consumer and select small business loans, and maintain a deposit portfolio in a community-focused role.

Qualifications

• 2 years banking and/or sales experience required.
• 2 years developing current and new client relationships with sales goals and referrals.
• 2 years in lending with loan origination and processing functions.
• In-depth knowledge of consumer and business products and services.
• Proficiency in consumer lending and basic business lending.

Responsibilities

• Open new deposit accounts and originate consumer loans.
• Originate some small business loans and maintain loan and deposit portfolio.
• Educate customers about Treasury Management and other internal partner services.
• Proactively call current and prospective customers and develop community relationships.
• Resolve client issues with digital products and services and support community sponsorships.
