Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, Technology, or related field with 5+ years defining business and technical requirements; or Master’s degree with 3+ years.
• 3+ years of experience at a financial services company or as advisor to P&C insurers.
• 2+ years of experience leading a team of business/technology analysts through life cycle stages.
• Experience with Guidewire, OneShield, Exigen/EIS, Majesco, Duck Creek, Insurity, Sapiens/Adaptik, FirstBest, and BI tools.
• Proficiency in requirements definition, architecture design, data flows, testing strategies, and vendor selection.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and design system architectures.
• Analyze client requirements and align with technology architecture and implementation plans.
• Support engagements through data analysis, vendor selection, and project planning.
• Provide insights from data sources to validate solutions and identify opportunities.
• Mentor junior team members and foster an innovative, inclusive team environment.
