Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology or a related field with 5+ years’ experience; or a master’s with 3+ years’ experience.
Experience with Guidewire or similar insurance platforms is required.
Proven ability to define requirements, design architecture, and drive implementation across lifecycle.
Experience in data mapping, migration, and system integration best practices.
Strong communication skills for client interaction and documentation.

Responsibilities

Translate client business problems into technology solutions to support effective, efficient operations.
Assist engagement teams with requirements analysis, architecture alignment, and technology plans.
Support remediation and mitigation of process risk during project delivery.
