Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 5+ years defining business and technical requirements; or Master's plus 3+ years of experience.
• 3+ years at a financial services company or advising property and casualty insurers.
• 2+ years of leading a team of business/technology analysts through lifecycle phases.
• Experience with Guidewire, OneShield, Exigen/EIS, Majesco, Duck Creek, Insurity, Sapiens/Adaptik, FirstBest, Business Objects, Cognos, Informatica.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into technical specifications with architects and delivery teams.
• Analyze client business needs and map to technology architecture and implementation plans.
• Advise clients on process capabilities and identify additional service opportunities.
• Collaborate with diverse teams and mentor junior resources in a results-driven environment.
