Cognizant is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Kentucky to support Financial Advisors, staff, and clients. You will help ensure a seamless support experience and build strong client relationships.

You will handle inbound calls, educate clients on services, and resolve issues with attention to detail. Proactive communication and teamwork are essential to thrive in this fast-paced role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior call center and customer service experience.
• Banking/financial services experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook).
• Strong Windows 11 navigation and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Citrix, Good for Enterprise and Active Directory preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot monitors, keyboards, mice and related hardware.
• Attention to detail and accuracy, strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and rapport-building.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound calls from branch personnel and internal stakeholders.
• Educate clients on account services, products, and capabilities.
• Communicate clearly, stay organized, and ensure accurate follow-ups.
• Provide customer-focused experiences with patience and empathy.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Perform basic technical troubleshooting for common tech issues.
