Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join the Client Services team within the Service Group. You will support Financial Advisors, staff, and external clients, delivering outstanding service and strengthening relationships.

Your role includes resolving inquiries, educating clients on account services, and maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Respond to inbound calls from branch personnel and internal stakeholders, delivering exceptional service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive client experience.
• Educate clients on account services, products, and available capabilities.
