Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Client Services team in the Service Group, supporting Financial Advisors, staff, and external clients. You will deliver outstanding service and strengthen client relationships.

Responsibilities include handling inbound calls, educating clients on account services, and troubleshooting basic tech issues. A high school diploma and prior call center experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior call center and customer service experience preferred.
• Banking/financial services experience is a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook.
• Strong Windows 11 navigation and troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with Citrix, Good for Enterprise, and Active Directory.
• Ability to troubleshoot monitor, speaker, keyboard, and mouse issues.
• Knowledge of MS Office and Outlook troubleshooting techniques.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport and stay professional with clients.
• Proven ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing business needs.
