Qualifications

• Familiarity with Citrix, Good for Enterprise, and Active Directory preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot monitor, keyboard, and hardware issues.
• Attention to detail and accuracy is essential.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to build rapport and adapt to changing needs.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound calls from branches and internal stakeholders, resolving inquiries and ensuring a positive client experience.
• Educate clients on account services, products and available capabilities.
• Communicate clearly with accuracy, and maintain attention to detail.
