Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Client Services team within the Service Group, supporting Financial Advisors, staff, and external clients. You will deliver outstanding service and help ensure a seamless support experience.

You will handle inbound calls, educate clients on account services, troubleshoot basic tech issues, and thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior call center and customer service experience preferred.
• Banking/wealth management experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Outlook.
• Strong Windows 11 navigation and troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with Citrix, Good for Enterprise, and Active Directory preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot monitor, speaker, keyboard and mouse issues.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport and maintain professionalism with clients.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing business needs.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound calls from branch personnel and stakeholders, delivering exceptional service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
• Educate clients on account services, products, and capabilities.
• Demonstrate strong communication, organizational, and follow-up skills with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Provide superior customer experiences, resolving inquiries with patience and professionalism.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
• Perform basic technical troubleshooting and assist users with common technology-related issues.
