Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support Financial Advisors, staff, and external clients within the Client Services team. You will resolve inquiries, educate on services, and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include handling inbound calls, providing account guidance, and troubleshooting basic tech issues to ensure a seamless client experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in call center or customer service roles.
• Banking/financial services experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Outlook.
• Solid Windows 11 navigation and troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with Citrix, Good for Enterprise, AD preferred.
• Able to troubleshoot monitor, keyboard, mouse issues.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from branch personnel and internal stakeholders, delivering exceptional service and resolving issues.
• Educate clients on account services, products, and capabilities.
• Demonstrate strong communication, organizational, and follow-up skills with accuracy.
