Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience with sales, customer service, and cash handling.
• 1+ year of supervisory experience preferred.
• Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.

Responsibilities

• Serve and educate customers on the product portfolio by presenting options that meet their needs.
• Interact with customers using active listening to confirm information and diffuse complaints.
• Escalate issues to the District Director of Operations if unable to resolve with the customer.
• Respond professionally to general questions, customer applications, requests, customer sales, and collection calls in accordance with regulations and procedures.
• Handle and count currency, cash, and coins; manage cash drawer and deposits; may handle bank deposits or pickups.
