Qualifications

• Availability to work full-time including Saturdays and occasional location support across branches.
• Strong communication and risk-management focus to protect members and assets.

Responsibilities

• Actively listen to identify members' financial needs and cross-sell suitable products.
• Process transactions accurately and open accounts while maintaining service standards.
• Review activity for red flags and escalate potential fraud to the Fraud Department.
• Assist business accounts with risk-aware processing and referrals to partners.
• Maintain proficiency with multiple cash drawers and branch systems.
• Engage in training and community events to strengthen member relationships.
