Responsibilities

• Actively listen to uncover member financial needs and recommend tailored solutions.
• Identify and sell products/services; provide personalized financial education.
• Process member transactions accurately and maintain operational integrity.
• Review transactions and identify red flags; escalate fraud concerns to the Fraud Department.
• Process business account transactions with risk mitigation and referrals to partners.
• Operate two cash drawers across separate systems and support team as needed.
• Promote Credit Union technology to empower members.
• Participate in training and service-improvement initiatives.
• Engage with members through events to build relationships and growth.
• Support cross-departmental tasks to improve efficiency and productivity.
