You will process transactions, open accounts, and provide personalized financial guidance, leveraging outreach to cross-sell products while maintaining risk controls. This full-time, on-site role requires strong communication and reliability, including Saturdays as part of a rotating schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Availability to work full-time (up to 40 hours) including Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional member service and cross-sell appropriate products.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Assist with account openings and maintenance.
• Identify and report fraud or unusual activity.
• Support business services and advanced member interactions as they grow.
• Operate with two cash drawers and maintain accuracy.
• Educate members on Credit Union digital tools and services.
• Engage in training to improve skills and service quality.
• Build relationships with members through outreach and events.
• Collaborate with colleagues to improve branch operations.
