Job summary

Morgan Stanley is launching a Return to Work program in Alpharetta for a 16-week paid training track designed for professionals re-entering the workforce. The role focuses on customer service within Wealth Management, supporting clients with their stock portfolios, and preparing for Series 7 & 63 licenses.

Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Management or Administration and at least two years in customer-facing roles.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in a customer-facing role.
• Eligible to work in the United States and hybrid schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by identifying needs and offering solutions.
• Support inbound calls and answer questions about stock portfolios.
• Assist clients in account-related requests and data updates.
• Prepare for and obtain Series 7 & 63 licenses paid by Morgan Stanley.
• Maintain high integrity and comply with the Code of Conduct.
• Participate in ongoing education and development.
