Job summary

Morgan Stanley in Chicago is seeking candidates for its 16-week Return to Work Program. You will engage clients via inbound calls, learn investments, and work toward Series 7 & 63 licenses, all while receiving training and mentorship.

The role combines customer service with sales, in a hybrid office setting. Successful candidates will join a supportive team as part of Morgan Stanley’s Wealth Management division.

Qualifications

• SIE exam passed
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Management or Administration
• At least 2 years in a customer-facing role
• Hybrid schedule (3 days in office)
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by identifying customer needs and offering solutions.
• Educate customers on Morgan Stanley’s competitive advantage and potential products.
• Drive sales by engaging customers and identifying new opportunities.
• Follow processes and manage time efficiently throughout the day.
• Continually learn about investments and the financial markets to meet client needs.
• Help identify opportunities to retain clients and minimize risk when necessary.
• Maintain high integrity and comply with Morgan Stanley’s Code of Conduct.
• Collaborate with other groups to resolve customer issues; participate in other projects.
