Job Description:

Financial Services Representative

Are you passionate about helping people? Join our team as a Financial Services Representative, where you'll focus on growth and career development while supporting our customers through inbound calls. This role prepares you for a future as the face of Fidelity in our Investor Centers. Benefit from paid training to obtain your Series 7 & 66 licenses, personalized support, knowledgeable career guides, and recognition of your achievements. During onboarding, you'll support Fidelity's customers over the phone with inquiries about account balances, withdrawals, fund transfers, resource identification, and trades, working from home with one day per week in the Investor Center. After onboarding, you'll work in the Investor Center daily.

What to expect…

In your first year, our industry-leading training program will support you as you develop your skills, working both remotely and in an Investor Center.

  • Obtain Licenses: Become a FINRA Registered Representative by studying for and obtaining your SIE, Series 7 Top Off, and Series 66 licenses, fully paid and sponsored by Fidelity. This includes paid study time, coaching, study plans, and review classes. Successful completion of all exams is required.
  • Build and Solidify Skills: Spend four days a week working from home and one day in an Investor Center, supporting customers with increasing complexity. You will have dedicated time weekly for skill development, networking, and training. Upon completing training, you'll transition to working full-time in an Investor Center, with flexibility based on business needs.
  • Discover Success: Gain confidence and proficiency in serving customers as you join the wealth management development track, building advanced skills to further your career in planning.
