Financial Services Representative

Have a passion for helping people? Join our team as a Financial Services Representative, where you'll have dedicated time to focus on growth and career development while supporting our customers via inbound calls. Prepare for a future as the official face of Fidelity in our Investor Centers. Benefit from paid training to help you obtain your Series 7 & 66 licenses, personalized support, knowledgeable career guides, and celebration of your achievements. During onboarding, you'll support Fidelity’s customers over the phone by answering questions about account balances, making withdrawals, transferring funds, identifying resources, and placing trades, all while working from home and spending one day per week in the Investor Center. After completing onboarding, you'll work in the Investor Center daily.

What to expect…

In your first year, your onboarding leader will support you through our industry-leading training program, working both from home and in an Investor Center.

• Obtain Licenses: Become a FINRA Registered Representative by studying for and obtaining your SIE, Series 7 Top Off, and Series 66 licenses, fully paid for and sponsored by Fidelity. This includes paid study time, support from licensing coaches, group and individualized study plans, and review classes. Successful completion of all exams is required.
• Build and Solidify Skills: Spend four days a week working from home and one day in an Investor Center, supporting customers with increasing complexity to develop your skills. You will have dedicated time each week for skill development and networking. Once trained, transition to working fully on-site in an Investor Center, with potential remote support before the transition depending on business needs.
• Discover Success: Gain confidence and proficiency serving customers as you join the wealth management development track, building advanced skills to further your career in planning.
