We have an exciting opening for a Mechanical Service Sales Representative in Milwaukee, WI.
How you will contribute:
We seek a self-motivated individual who enjoys building customer relationships and focusing on business growth. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, be independent, resilient, and detail-oriented. The primary responsibilities include promoting and driving owner-direct HVAC project work and HVAC service agreements. Use persuasion and negotiation skills to introduce customers to Ahern’s range of services and construction offerings. This role involves contacting existing and potential customers through calls, following up on leads, and increasing sales. The candidate will utilize internal resources to execute service and project work while expanding the HVAC business in Milwaukee, WI. Anticipating customer needs and developing sales strategies that meet client expectations, while maintaining positive, ongoing relationships, is essential.
What you need to qualify:
The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of progressive field sales experience, preferably including three years selling HVAC-related services or projects, Energy Efficiencies, or Building Automation Systems. A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required. The candidate must be results-driven, possess excellent communication and customer service skills, demonstrate leadership abilities, and have strong planning and organizational skills. A commitment to integrity and quality in business, along with the ability to influence at key market levels, is necessary.
