Qualifications

• Two+ years experience in financial sales environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Intermediate PC skills; MS Office and Windows proficient.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail oriented with strong mathematical skills.
• Schedule includes extended branch and Saturday hours.
• Ability to travel throughout the branch network within a 15-mile radius.
• Bilingual English and Spanish, highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service to members and cross-sell products and services.
• Process financial transactions accurately and timely (deposits, withdrawals, money orders, cashiers checks, transfers, loan payments).
• Verify member identity and authenticate items to prevent fraud.
• Open and manage new accounts and related platform functions; resolve service needs and conduct timely research.
• Understand loan products and assist with loan applications, underwriting and funding.
• Support branch sales objectives by cross-selling products and strengthening member relationships.
• Monitor income/expenses and contribute to branch profitability.
• Adhere to all Credit Union policies and BSA regulations.
