You will communicate with members professionally from a centralized location and promote products that meet their financial needs.

The role requires strong communication skills, bilingual English/Spanish desirable, and the ability to manage multiple digital channels while maintaining accuracy

Qualifikationen

• 1-3 years related experience in a financial institution call center or branch environment.
• Fluent in English; Spanish language skills desirable.

Aufgaben

• Process deposits, payments, transfers and withdrawals via ITM.
• Interact with members via video, chat, and online banking platforms.
• Review and finalize online membership and account change applications.
• Cross-sell Credit Union products to meet members' financial needs.
• Balance end-of-day procedures; maintain security and compliance.
