Responsibilities

• Coordinate full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, assessments, background checks, and onboarding.
• Manage applicant tracking systems, recruitment data, timelines, reports, and candidate records.
• Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, search firms, and external job platforms throughout the hiring process.
• Support HR operations, including onboarding/offboarding, employee records, trainings, meetings, invoices, and HR projects.
• Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and provide general administrative and project support to the HR team.
