Theoris is partnered with a client in Carmel, Indiana to hire two Software Engineers. The role focuses on reducing a real estate compliance backlog, investigating production issues, implementing enhancements, and improving system stability within a .NET environment.

You will work with a Senior Engineer and Product Owner, analyze data, and help translate business requirements into solid technical solutions. The team emphasizes collaboration and quality code.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of software development experience.
• Experience with .NET and C#.
• SQL Server experience including querying, data analysis, and troubleshooting.
• Experience supporting production applications.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with enterprise business systems.
• Ability to interpret business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve application defects and compliance-related issues.
• Develop and test enhancements within a .NET application environment.
• Analyze SQL Server data and troubleshoot application behavior.
• Support root-cause analysis efforts for production issues.
• Collaborate with Product, Compliance, QA, and Engineering teams.
• Participate in backlog grooming, estimation, and sprint planning activities.
• Document technical findings and implementation details.
• Assist with testing and deployment validation.
• Maintain high standards of code quality and maintainability.
