You will work with a Senior Engineer and Product Owner, analyze data, and help translate business requirements into solid technical solutions. The team emphasizes collaboration and quality code.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of software development experience.
• Experience with .NET and C#.
• SQL Server experience including querying, data analysis, and troubleshooting.
• Experience supporting production applications.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with enterprise business systems.
• Ability to interpret business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Theoris is assisting our client who is seeking two Software Engineers to join a dedicated team focused on reducing a critical Real Estate compliance backlog. These engineers will work closely with a Senior Engineer and Product Owner to investigate production issues, implement enhancements, resolve compliance-related defects, and improve operational stability. This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy troubleshooting, problem-solving, and working within complex enterprise systems where business impact is visible and measurable.
