Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional software development experience building and supporting enterprise applications.
• Strong development experience with C#, .NET, JavaScript, and SQL Server.
• Experience developing backend applications, services, APIs, and enterprise system integrations.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools like GitHub Copilot to improve productivity while maintaining code quality and security.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and cloud‑based application development.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot technical problems and deliver high‑quality solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with business stakeholders.
• Experience in mortgage, lending, title, or settlement industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, enhance, and support applications and backend services using .NET, C#, SQL, and Microsoft technologies.
• Develop and maintain APIs and system integrations with internal and third‑party platforms.
• Develop system plugins and extensions using JavaScript.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and engineers to translate requirements into solutions.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle from requirements through deployment.
• Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and implement sustainable fixes.
• Contribute to code reviews and continuous improvement of engineering practices.
