Job summary

Infosys Limited, a global IT services leader, seeks a Technology Consultant 2 to contribute to production support and software delivery in the Financial Services unit. You will build backend services with .NET, participate in design discussions, and ensure stability through testing and issue resolution.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, end-to-end SDLC involvement, and hands-on coding with REST, SOAP, and microservice architectures.

Qualifications

• Experience as a .NET Production Support Lead.
• End-to-end Production Support Lifecycle including Incident Management, Application Monitoring, Configuration, Deployment, and Production Support.
• ITIL experience is required.
• Build backend services using .NET, RESTful APIs, and microservices architecture.
• Experience with SOAP and RESTful web services.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to requirements elicitation by documenting assigned parts of business requirements.
• Facilitate software design discussions and document design decisions for the technical team.
• Participate in coding and integrate new features while maintaining stability.
• Conduct code reviews and maintain code repositories.
• Implement test strategies, analyze results, and coordinate bug fixes.
• Develop user training and documentation to ensure smooth transition to new software.
