Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong expertise with .NET and C#.
• Strong SQL Server skills including query optimization and troubleshooting.
• Experience supporting and enhancing production systems.
• Experience navigating legacy enterprise applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead investigation and resolution of complex compliance-related defects and enhancements.
• Analyze production issues, application behavior, database interactions, and system integrations.
• Perform root-cause analysis and recommend durable corrective actions.
• Design and implement solutions within a mature enterprise application environment.
• Partner with Product, Compliance, and business stakeholders to understand requirements.
• Mentor and guide other engineers assigned to the engagement.
• Review code and ensure adherence to quality and maintainability standards.
• Document findings, design decisions, and implementation approaches.
• Participate in testing, deployment, and validation activities.
