Job summary

Theoris is seeking a Lead .NET Developer with React to join our Indiana client in Carmel. You will build scalable web applications, mentor engineers, lead code reviews, and drive technical excellence with minimal supervision.

This role demands hands-on coding, architectural thinking, and the ability to guide less experienced developers toward best practices. You will collaborate with product owners, architects, and analysts to design robust architectures, prioritize back-end and front-end work,

Qualifications

7-10 years of Software Engineering experience required.
Expert knowledge of C#, React, and RESTful services.
Experience with MVC, Windows/Worker services, and SQL/NoSQL databases.
Strong understanding of the SDLC and Agile concepts.
Ability to design architecture for software products.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

Review and analyze existing application effectiveness and efficiency; develop improvement strategies.
Design, build, and implement new applications, web pages, and websites; migrate legacy apps; admin web portfolio.
Collaborate with a team to improve systems.
Prioritize front-end backlog tasks for in-development applications.
Work with product and scrum teams to meet requirements and deadlines.
Lead code reviews to elevate engineering quality and mentor juniors.
Communicate with stakeholders to align expectations.
Develop architecture for smaller projects and collaborate with architecture team for larger ones.
Document solutions with diagrams, comments, and clear code.
