World Finance is seeking a Financial Services Representative to drive loan sales, manage past-due accounts, and prepare tax returns. The role requires daily outbound calls, in-person customer meetings, and closing loans in a fast-paced branch environment.

You will manage delinquent accounts, generate new business, and assist customers with loan applications and tax-related needs, while ensuring compliance and accurate records.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer service, collections, or account management with measurable results.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle high-volume calls and difficult conversations.

Responsibilities

• Drive and close loan sales by taking applications, explaining terms, and asking for the business.
• Conduct substantial daily outbound outreach for collections, tax services, and new business generation.
• Manage delinquent accounts by securing payments and setting payment arrangements.
• Contact approved, pending, and former borrowers to drive loan volume and identify opportunities for additional financial products.
• Prepare individual tax returns and assist customers with tax questions in compliance with policies.
• Assist customers in person with loan applications, tax preparation services, payments, and account questions.
• Process payments, account updates, and tax-related documentation; document activity in systems.
• Maintain accurate, compliant records, including credit denial letters and tax documentation.
• Handle and balance cash, and perform required bank runs and deposits.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Complete required training and meet performance expectations for sales, collections, tax preparation, and account management.
