You will build connections with a diverse customer base, process transactions like check cashing, money transfers, and payments, and participate in on-site events while receiving hands-on training and development in a fast-growing company.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail and ability to accurately enter data.
• Proficiency with phones, POS system, Microsoft Office.
• Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama).
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance; personal vehicle used for workday.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers to cultivate lasting relationships and drive repeat business.
• Review, validate, and process customer transactions with accuracy.
• Maximize customer success by offering personalized financial services.
• Enter and maintain customer information in the POS system with precision.
• Build new business by completing daily call campaigns.
• Assist in customer account management and collections by accepting payments.
