Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle high volume client interactions via phone, email, in-person, and mailings.
• Provide essential administrative support to Financial Advisors and branch staff.
• Process client transactions and prepare reports and expense documents.
• Open new client accounts and verify client and security information.
• Prepare letters, forms and client-facing reports.
• Maintain CRM records and assist with marketing events and seminars.
• Follow training and abide by firm policies and procedures.
