Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent and 1+ year securities industry experience preferred.
• Education HS (Required)
• Experience in securities industry or related work preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serves as first point of contact to service a high volume of daily interactions with clients.
• Onboards new clients and opens new accounts.
• Researches client and security information using internal databases.
• Maintains client information and documentation according to firm rules.
• Prepares financial reports and materials for client meetings.
• Inputs orders and rebalances portfolios for Advisors.
• Creates and maintains CRM records and files.
• Assists Advisors with client-facing marketing events.
