Florida Department of Transportation is seeking a Financial Services Analyst – Disbursement Operations Office to support the Statewide Travel Management System and PCard Works. You will monitor reports, analyze data, and ensure timely notifications to preparers, travelers, approvers and accountants.

The role requires strong accounting knowledge, proficiency in Word and Excel, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail. Salary information is provided in the posting.

Qualificações

• Four years of professional business work experience plus one year of accounting experience.
• A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university may substitute the required professional work experience in addition to the one year of accounting experience.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and analyze daily, weekly and quarterly purchasing card reports and notify card accountholders, approvers and accountants.
• Add department vendors into the FLAIR Statewide Vendor File and evaluate add requests.
• Monitor and analyze daily, weekly and quarterly Statewide Travel Management System reports and notify preparers, travelers, and accountants.
• Act as Travel System Administrator, maintaining internal controls and conducting related training.
• Perform post-audits of payments processed through the PCard Works system and prepare audit documentation.
• Provide backup for the Purchasing Card Program Administrator for limited functions.
