State of Florida Department of Transportation is seeking a Financial Services Analyst in the Disbursement Operations Office to monitor STMS and PCard reports and support vendor management and audits.

The role requires strong accounting knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to train staff on travel and purchasing systems. Finalists will join a mission-driven team in a public-sector environment.

Formación

• Four years of professional business work experience plus one year of accounting experience. A bachelor's degree may substitute the required professional work experience.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and analyze daily, weekly and quarterly purchasing card reports and notify relevant stakeholders.
• Manage vendor additions to the FLAIR Statewide Vendor File and review add requests.
• Monitor travel management system reports and notify preparers, travelers, and accountants.
• Serve as Travel System Administrator including access controls and training development.
• Perform post-audits of PCard Works payments and prepare audit files.
