Qualifications

• A high school diploma or its equivalent and one year of professional business work experience.
• Post secondary education may substitute for the required work experience on a year-for-year basis.

Responsibilities

• Audit payment documents including utility invoices, right of way invoices, purchasing card transactions, travel and reimbursement vouchers, and MFMP for accuracy and compliance.
• Audit MFMP electronic invoices and reconcile exceptions prior to approval; monitor outstanding invoices and resolve discrepancies.
• Audit and process PCard charges daily, verify transactions in WORKS, and apply credits to the same account code.
• Audit travel expense reimbursements for compliance with statute and guidelines; obtain necessary documents and approvals; train on travel guidelines.
• Audit electronic contract invoices processed in CITS for accuracy and compliance with statutes and DOT policies.
