Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• 2+ years of direct customer service experience.
• Must be able to complete financial counselor certification within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with members through multiple channels to assess banking needs.
• Assist members with basic transactions and complex financial needs.
• Promote and explain Navigator Credit Union products and services.
• Provide tips on budgeting, credit building, and financial goal setting.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
