Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years in a sales/service role in financial services or retail.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Minimal travel between branches may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assumes responsibility for Teller functions with efficiency and accuracy.
• Presents and explains membership, products and services to members.
• Identifies cross-selling opportunities through active listening and needs assessment.
• Responds to member requests, problems and complaints or directs to proper resource.
• Builds relationships with other lines of business and refers to Mortgage or partners.
• Keeps up-to-date with branch operations, products and policies.
