Job summary

FNBT is seeking a customer-focused Teller to deliver prompt, friendly service at the Fort Cavazos branch. You will assess customer needs, promote bank products, and handle cash with accuracy while maintaining compliance with policies.

Responsibilities include balancing cash drawers, operating ATMs, and supporting team goals with a strong attendance record. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred to assist a diverse client base.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3-6 months experience in a customer service environment preferred.
• 3-6 months experience handling and balancing large sums of money preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in both Spanish and English.
• Strong desire to build long-term customer relationships.

Physical Requirements:

• Required to stand or walk for extended periods of time dependent upon branch location
• Schedules are prepared based on business need and subject to change at any time.
