Goldenwest Credit Union in Farr West, UT, is hiring a Financial Service Representative to help members with currency transactions, new accounts and consumer loan needs. This full-time role requires a welcoming, accurate communicator and a commitment to exceptional member service.

You'll process teller transactions, assist with loan applications, match credit union products to members' financial goals, and comply with regulations while pursuing ongoing education and growth within the credit union.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Retail or consumer lending experience preferred.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

Our Financial Service Representatives eagerly assist members and prospective members with currency transactions, opening new accounts, and consumer loan needs.

Location, Schedule Availability & Salary Information

• 1765 W 2700 N, Farr West, Utah
• Monday through Friday 8:30 AM – 6:15 PM, rotating Saturdays 8:30 AM – 2:30 PM
• Full-time, 40 hours per week
• $15.00 per hour, based on experience and performance + Bonus + Incentive
• Cultivate and effectively manage long-term, trusting relationships.
• Complete teller transactions.
• Process consumer loan applications.
• Pair corresponding credit union products and services with members’ financial needs.
• Comply with all regulations as required by law.
• Actively participate in continuing education related to credit union career development.

Experience, Education & Certification

• High School Diploma
• Prior retail or consumer lending experience is preferred.
