Job summary

Goldenwest Credit Union in Salt Lake City is seeking a Financial Service Representative to help members with currency transactions, open new accounts, and support consumer loan needs. This is a full-time role with a base wage plus bonus and incentive.

You will complete teller transactions, process loan applications, and match credit union products to members’ financial needs while complying with regulations and pursuing ongoing career development.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

Our Financial Service Representatives eagerly assist members and prospective members with currency transactions, opening new accounts, and consumer loan needs.

Location, Schedule Availability & Salary Information

• 769 East South Temple, Salt Lake City, Utah 84102
• Monday through Friday 8:30 AM – 6:15 PM
• Full-time, 40 hours per week
• $15.00 per hour, based on experience and performance + Bonus + Incentive
• Cultivate and effectively manage long-term, trusting relationships.
• Complete teller transactions.
• Process consumer loan applications.
• Pair corresponding credit union products and services with members’ financial needs.
• Comply with all regulations as required by law.
• Actively participate in continuing education related to credit union career development.

Experience, Education & Certification

• High School Diploma
• Prior retail or consumer lending experience is preferred.
