SunEnergy1 seeks a Financial Reporting Manager to lead the preparation and delivery of accurate, timely financial reporting in a multi-entity, multi-tiered environment. This hybrid role requires three days onsite in the Charlotte area office and supports monthly/quarterly/year-end reporting, audits, and stakeholder communications.

Responsibility includes ensuring U.S. GAAP compliance, coordinating intercompany activity, and utilizing NetSuite with advanced Excel reporting tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience preparing financial statements, including 3+ years in a multi-entity, multi-tiered reporting environment.
• 3+ years in complex organizational structures and multi-entity consolidation.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP; NetSuite experience within the last year (required).
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; experience with pivot tables and modeling.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to interact with auditors, lenders, investors.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements under U.S. GAAP.
• Manage reporting for a complex multi-entity structure with intercompany activity.
• Support month-end and year-end close processes to meet deadlines.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and variance analysis.
• Serve as liaison to external auditors and stakeholders.
• Maintain and improve reporting processes, templates, and controls.
• Develop and maintain advanced Excel-based reporting tools and models.
• Utilize NetSuite for reporting, analysis, and financial statement prep.
• Assist ad-hoc reporting and special projects.
