Job summary

ODK Media, Inc. is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to lead accounting operations for a multi-entity structure in Irvine, CA.

The role owns month-end close, consolidations, and financial reporting under US GAAP, with responsibility for treasury, audits, and ERP administration. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, supervisory exposure, and strong NetSuite and Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Progressive accounting and finance experience with 5+ years, including 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP.
• CPA preferred.
• Experience with multi-entity consolidations and intercompany accounting.
• ERP proficiency, especially NetSuite, and advanced Excel skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage full month-end and year-end close across multiple legal entities.
• Oversee accounts receivable and payable operations, billing and collections.
• Prepare and review consolidated and entity-level financial statements per US GAAP.
• Lead borrowing base reporting and support treasury functions including cash forecasting and reconciliations.
• Manage intercompany accounting, eliminations and reconciliations.
• Oversee withholding tax, payroll reconciliation, and royalty reporting.
• Coordinate annual audits and tax filings with external auditors.
• Administer NetSuite ERP, including saved searches and reporting workflows.
• Lead accounting staff and drive process improvements for efficiency and accuracy.
• Prepare and present financial analyses to senior management and investors.
