Job summary

Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is seeking a Financial Reporting Manager in San Antonio, TX. If you are a CPA with a strong public accounting or audit foundation, you will own the financial reporting process and partner with leadership on GAAP compliance and technical accounting.

You will lead month-end close, coordinate audits, and drive improvements across multi-entity reporting and NetSuite. This role offers exposure to internal controls, policy development, and strategic financial analysis

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
Active CPA license.
5+ years accounting experience, including public accounting, audit, or a mix.
Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls.
Experience with multi-entity environments and audits.

Responsibilities

Lead month-end and year-end close processes.
Prepare and review financial statements, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
Support multi-entity accounting, consolidated reporting, and revenue recognition.
Manage annual audits and coordinate with external auditors.
Develop and maintain internal controls and accounting policies.
Optimize NetSuite reporting and support system enhancements.
Provide financial analysis and ad hoc reporting to leadership.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve accounting processes and business performance.
