Job summary

CFS is seeking a CPA-led Financial Reporting Manager to own the financial reporting process, technical accounting, audit coordination, and internal controls in a growing organization. You will partner with leadership to ensure GAAP compliance and accurate consolidated reporting for multi-entity entities.

Responsibilities include leading month- and year-end closes, preparing financial statements and reconciliations, supporting audits, and driving process improvements leveraging NetSuite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• Active CPA license is required.
• 5+ years of accounting experience including public accounting/audit.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, financial reporting, technical accounting, and internal controls.
• Experience with multi-entity environments, balance sheet reconciliations, and audit management.

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end and year-end close processes.
• Prepare and review financial statements, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
• Support multi-entity accounting, consolidated reporting, and revenue recognition activities.
• Manage annual audits and coordinate with external auditors.
• Develop and maintain internal controls, accounting policies, and compliance initiatives.
• Optimize NetSuite reporting and support system enhancement projects.
• Provide financial analysis and ad hoc reporting to leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve accounting processes and business performance.
