Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure, a CRH Company, is seeking an Accounting Manager based at the Corporate Office in Atlanta, GA. This role supports the Energy & Communications business within the National Solutions Division, overseeing month-end close, balance sheet integrity, and internal controls.

You will manage NetSuite access, data integration into EPM, and collaboration with finance partners, cost accounting, shared services, and operations to ensure accurate, scalable financial data across

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 5-8+ years progressive accounting experience in manufacturing, industrial, or multi-entity environment.
• Strong experience with month-end close, balance sheet reconciliations, and internal controls.
• ERP experience with NetSuite and SAP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key leader in the monthly close process, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of financial results.
• Review and oversee balance sheet account reconciliations, ensuring accounts are properly supported, reviewed, and resolved.
• Oversee NetSuite ERP user access, including periodic access reviews and audit support.
• Ensure financial data flowing between systems is complete, accurate, and properly governed.
• Support the design, execution, and continuous improvement of internal controls across entities and processes.
• Assist with internal and external audits, including documentation, walkthroughs, and remediation efforts.
• Develop, improve, and standardize accounting policies, procedures, and close processes.
• Support multi-entity, multi-currency accounting and reporting across U.S., Mexico, and Canada.
