Job summary

Elite Placement Group, LLC seeks a Manager, Financial Reporting in Stamford, CT, to lead the controllership team's financial reporting responsibilities.

This role oversees consolidations, prepares consolidated statements, and ensures GAAP compliance, while strengthening internal controls and collaborating across departments.

The position offers a hybrid schedule with four days in office, competitive compensation up to $140,000 and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of relevant accounting and financial reporting experience.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, consolidations, and general ledger accounting.
• CPA strongly preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Power Query, or BI reporting tools is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to collaborate across departments.

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial consolidations across multiple entities.

• Prepare consolidated financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP/IFRS and strengthen internal controls around financial reporting.
