Job summary

ProSolar Puerto Rico, LLC in Carolina, Puerto Rico seeks a Legal Recovery & Litigation Support Specialist to strengthen collections and support civil litigation while reducing financial exposure. You will gather evidence, prepare case files for counsel, coordinate with Sales, Finance, and Operations, and track case progress to ensure compliant, effective recovery actions.

The role requires 2–5 years in collections or legal support, bilingual English/Spanish, strong analytical skills, and Excel

Qualifications

• Two to five years of relevant experience in collections, a collections agency, a law firm, civil litigation support, legal assistance, or a comparable role.
• Experience reviewing financial records, contracts, transactions, or supporting documentation.
• Familiarity with collection procedures, payment disputes, demand processes, and recovery of outstanding balances.
• Strong investigative, analytical, organizational, and documentation skills.
• Ability to identify discrepancies and prepare clear, evidence-based case summaries.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to recover company funds from outstanding balances, violations, or other losses.
• Review records to determine amounts owed and support recovery efforts.
• Coordinate collection activities, demand letters, and approved recovery measures.
• Work with internal departments and external collection agencies to pursue outstanding amounts.
• Maintain accurate records of amounts claimed, recovered, and case status.
• Escalate unresolved matters for legal review when necessary.
• Prepare comprehensive case files for review by legal counsel in Puerto Rico.
• Coordinate with legal counsel regarding recovery strategies and documentation requirements.
