Qualifications

• Series 7 & 66 licenses required; 63/65 accepted with condition that missing series is passed within 60 days.
• At least 1 year experience in the investments industry.
• At least 1 year experience in financial services or sales with goals met or exceeded.
• Strong goal setting and relationship-building.
• Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with clients.
• Time management and ability to navigate fast-paced environments.
• Incorporates regulatory due diligence into daily activities and strategies.

Responsibilities

• Plans clients' short and long-term financial goals by building a financial plan with brokerage products.
• Recommends banking and investments strategies aligned with client goals.
• Triages client requests and refers to appropriate internal service providers.
• Mitigates and controls risk as part of daily activities.
• Identifies and engages potential new clients through referrals or existing clientele.
• Provides coaching and feedback to referral partners.
