Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience in investments.
• Minimum of one year in financial services or a sales environment.
• Ability to set and achieve goals; build relationships; collaborate effectively.
• Strong communication, time management, and regulatory due diligence.

Responsibilities

• Plan short and long-term financial goals with brokerage products (stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities, banking solutions).
• Recommend banking and investment strategies aligned with client goals.
• Triages client requests and refers to internal partners by assets and needs.
• Mitigate risk as part of daily activities.
• Identify new clients via referrals or center clientele.
• Provide coaching to referral partners on client needs and services.
